Big Bear Lake

Here we are at the top after our gruelling climb to 8000 feet altitude - the air is pretty thin! Notice the ski-lift on the left - funny to think that on the hot day that during the winter time this entire area is covered in snow and with skiiers! That's Big Bear Lake at the bottom.

Here are the brave souls coming down the hill - it was worse coming down than going up!!!

Then for a relaxing 2 hr boat ride on the lake, we had to stop for pictures of this one - a floating longdrop in the middle of the lake! Only in America...

Here Jacques is at the helm steering our 16ft boat. The "waves" were pretty choppy and we all got a bit wet!
